A few weeks ago, the Gennue team packed our bags and headed to Melbourne for CMA Biotics Day 2026, a full day surrounded by researchers, formulators and fellow founders who think about gut health as much as we do.
It's easy to forget how much goes into something as small as a sachet. The ingredient research, the formulation science, the quality standards behind every batch. Days like this are a good reminder of why we started Gennue in the first place: to take the best of the science and turn it into something that actually fits into a busy, real life.
We spent the day in talks and conversations about the microbiome, the latest thinking in biotics research, and where the industry is headed next. It's the kind of room that makes you excited about the work, and a little more aware of the responsibility that comes with putting something people take every day out into the world.
